Orders

All items are handmade or carefully prepared before dispatch. Once an order is placed, it is processed based on product availability and production timelines.

For custom or bulk orders, additional time may be required.|
 

Shipping and Delivery

We ship locally within Zimbabwe and internationally.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products:
• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items
• Requests should be made within a reasonable time after delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition

Custom made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
